SCI Primary Care Teams have been set-up to meet the everyday health care needs of veterans with a spinal-cord injury or disorder. SCI Primary Care Teams are made up of at least one doctor, nurse, and social worker. SCI Primary Care Teams are located conveniently throughout the US, at VA Medical Centers. Each SCI Primary Care Team (or Spoke) is associated with an
